OVERALL:
standing an fair fifteen point one hands, bast is among the taller end of her breeding. her body is muscular and solid, and yet in the same manner holds the clearly defined lines and curves of someone of feminine descent. she has a fine head with a broad forehead, large eyes and small nostrils. she characteristically holds the "dished" profile of her ancestors. her neck is arched, and well-muscled with an defined throat latch and poll. her croup is long, level to the ground and has a naturally high tail carriage. her shoulders are laid-back, with powerful hindquarters adapted well for intense bursts of speed and being able to jump among the craigs of her home. even though she lacks the leaner muscular posture of those mainly built for endurance, she still manages to hold her own, better equipped with a large pair of lungs to allow breathing the thin air of her lands easier. cloaking the dame is a shade of deep obsidian, contrasted violently by the stark white of four tall stockings and one perfect star in the middle of her forehead. her hooves are pale, the same hueless shade as the markings she has. her mane and tail are both the darkest inky black, the same as her complexion.

bast carries the traits of any arabian horse. intelligent and sensitive to her surroundings, she plans out everything before she does them and has a plan for any situation that might come before her. she speaks thoughtfully, not a word out of place and not a second too late and only contributes if she finds her voice would be helpful to the situation at hand. though that doesn't mean she's quiet, in fact, bast is known to take action without a thought of saying anything. maybe that's why she has fought her way to the top to become a leader, because anyone can talk about their plans but it takes a real monarch to put all their thoughts into actions. and in the same manner, bast remembers to remain sensitive to those surrounding her and her own surroundings. she makes sure that everyone works in cooperation, often having to compromise and lean with her members , but she isn't a push over. she's firm, fair, and sometimes even a little bit more than sarcastic. bast doesn't tolerate ignorance nor stupidity, and often meets such a nature with a fast and harsh nature. she always has the well being of her tribe in the foremost front of her mind and keeping their peace of mind, but she rules with an iron fist and a harsh word. A true militant authority.
