welcome to the jian tribe, read these before joining.
1. respect. respect the vezetok - the leaders - of the tribe and your superiors. disrespect is punishable by death.
2. the dama and hedvezer can not be challenged for, all other spots can.
3. promotions through the ranks of the herd are monitored by bast, and if deemed needed or worthy, then someone will be moved up accordingly.
4. cooperation and team work is what makes the jian successful, if you have bad blood with someone, figure it out on your own.
5. joining is simple, create a joining post and bast will reply to it. whether you are accepted, and what position, is depicted onto how the thread goes.
6. the hadvezer is not necessarily the mate of the dama, it is merely the male that has proved his importance to run the herd with bast. he is the warlord, and often the male that bast chooses to breed with to provide the jian tribe with an heir.
7. only the hadvezer is allowed to breed with the females of the tribe, though if asked permission others may be allowed to breed also if they're deemed fit.
8. disloyality is punishably by death.
9. mares can merely be a medic or a mother, someone who heals or a mare who is to be bred. mares can not be warriors.
10. stallions can not be medics.
11. foals when three can either decide to leave the tribe or join the ranks.
12. advisors are second in command to the vezetok, their word is law if both the hadvezer and the dama are not around.
